The evolution of the microinsurance sector in South Africa has witnessed exponential expansion that has seen South Africans who were not able to gain access to the mainstream insurance being able to participate. With the current over 12% middle class that has increased from a mere 4% in 1994 to the current, a demand for proper, sustainable and cost-effective insurance solutions has become pertinent. \n\n
